Heating Magnetic Stirrer 901

The 802 Magnetic Stirrer from Apera Instruments has been specially designed to provide safe and reliable heated stirring of liquids while being easy to use. The stirring surface heats up to 120°C (248°F) within 5 minutes and reaches a maximum of 150°C until an overheating protection switches off the heating element. The heat-resistant stainless steel housing makes it highly resistant to pollution and chemical erosion. The robust and heat-resistant magnetic steel prevents the stirring bars from bouncing and even allows stirring of solutions with low viscosity. However, smaller sample quantities of non-viscous liquids are most suitable.
